We work through available load offers and bidding. Your dispatcher sends you load options, and before you accept a load, you review the route, pickup and delivery details, loaded miles, empty miles, timing, and the offered rate. The final price is confirmed before you accept each load.

We handle local, regional, and OTR deliveries depending on availability, but we do not guarantee dedicated routes, fixed weekly income, or home-daily work.

We generally work with cargo vans and box trucks with GVWR under 10,000 lbs. Vehicles should be in good working condition, non-rental, and without signs or stickers from another company.

To confirm eligibility, we may ask for vehicle photos and the manufacturing sticker showing VIN and GVWR.

Commonly required documents include a signed agreement, W-9 form, Certificate of Insurance, driver’s license, driving history or MVR, vehicle registration, EIN notice issued by IRS, voided check or bank document, vehicle photos, and proof of work authorization if required.

Some documents may be reviewed during onboarding, but we cannot move forward until the required documents are received and approved.

No. Load availability and weekly gross depend on your location, vehicle type, availability, accepted loads, market conditions, and rate expectations. We do not guarantee a fixed number of loads, fixed rate per mile, fixed weekly income, or dedicated routes.

No. We do not provide fuel cards or gas cards. Owner-operators are independent contractors and are responsible for their own fuel, insurance, equipment, and business expenses.

We require commercial insurance that meets our company requirements. This usually includes at least $1,000,000 in Auto Liability coverage and at least $100,000 in Motor Truck Cargo Insurance, with a maximum cargo deductible of $1,000.

Only Fast LLC must be listed as Additional Insured when required, and the Certificate of Insurance should be issued in ACORD form.

Onboarding can move quickly when all required documents are complete and correct. The timing depends on how fast we receive the full document package and whether anything needs to be corrected, such as insurance wording, missing documents, or unclear vehicle information.

Payment is usually made within 2-4 business days after each completed delivery, according to the company’s current payment terms.

To avoid delays, the required paperwork must be submitted correctly and on time, including a good-quality POD or BOL when required.

For the vehicles we work with, the main requirements are usually your business entity, EIN, valid driver’s license, vehicle documents, required insurance, and completed onboarding paperwork. You don't need to have your own MC and DOT number

There is no sign-up fee to start onboarding with us. We also do not charge a cancellation fee just for ending the onboarding process before you start working.

Once you accept a load, you are responsible for following the agreed pickup, delivery, communication, and paperwork requirements.
